Before Your Hair Appointment

At Ricky Styles Studio, we want you to feel like our VIP guest from the moment you arrive. Here are a few things you should know before your visit our chic, yet boho studio in Seattle, WA.

  • What amenities do you offer?

    When you come in, make yourself comfortable in our comfortable waiting area. We have amenities like WiFi and a snack bar. The best part? We want you to truly be able to relax which is why we also offer beer and wine for our clients 21 and over. 


    Finally, if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask one of our staff members. We strive to be a welcoming hair and permanent makeup salon and we are always happy to help in any way we can.

  • What should I expect?

    During your appointment, one of our experienced stylists will consult with you to discuss your goals for your specific treatment. We will consult with you to find the look that suits your individual style and needs, making sure you leave feeling confident and happy with your service. 


    Depending on the services you're requesting, your appointment may take anywhere from 90 minutes to 5 hours. If you're looking for a hair salon for balayage in Seattle, come and try Ricky Styles Studio! 

  • What is your Appointment Cancellation Policy?

    We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of your scheduled appointment. 


    Please be aware of our Cancellation Policy. If you cancel in less than 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of your service total. If cancelled the same day or fail to show, you will be charged 100% of the service total. These payments will be automatically charged to the card you provided at the booking.

  • Do you have parking?

    Yes, we have free parking! You can find spaces in front of the salon and on the side streets. Just be aware that the spaces in front of the salon have a 2-hour limit. We are also fully accessible.

Prepare your hair for the best results!


If you're scheduled for color or extensions. We ask that you come in with clean hair. There is an old misconception about coming in with dirty hair. With improved hair products since the 80's it is now counter-intuitive as oils and dirt get in the way of bleach/color/adhesive and deprives the product from achieving its best results.


Clothing:


Please wear clothing appropriate for your service. Keep in mind that when providing color/bleach service there is always a chance of colors/bleach bleeding through the capes. For any questions about this or our cancellation policy please contact us.
